This small program will put a link on your Desktop for easy connection to our technician.

Instructions For What Will Happen

1) Enter you 6-digit code and click “Connect to technician’

Once you enter your 6-digit code and click ‘Connect to technician’ a ‘Save’ or ‘Save As’ dialog will appear:

If a dialog box appears with the option to run or save, click run. Then Run again, then OK to allow access.

Remember where you saved this file! Most of the time it’s in ‘My Documents’ or ‘My Documents -> ‘Downloads’ folder, but you can also save it to your ‘Desktop’

2) Navigate to where you saved the file and open it

The program is called ‘Support-LogMeInRescue.exe’

You may have to ‘double-click‘ it or ‘right-click‘ and choose the Run option

3) Once you ‘Open’ or ‘Run’ the file a Run dialog box appears

Click the ‘Run’ button in the dialog box.

4) After the program has begun, a Information Box will appear

You are waiting for a technician to connect

5) After connection, you will see a confirmation message

6) Your technician will help resolve your issue and at the end of the session a dialog will show ‘Disconnected’
